Even if you create a plan, life goes in many different directions that you wouldn't expect. You have to be flexible and know everything will work out in the end. Michela Ricci, owner of The Early Bird Phx, a mobile coffee bar around the Phoenix and Tempe area, has done such a great job at moving forward and trying new things. 

We talk about how social media and connecting with others has grown her business. We also talk about her love of hockey, theater, and cannabis. We are always funneling and learning about ourselves so we have to try different things.
